Booking & Cancellation Policy

Online reservations are available for parties of up to 5 guests.

Bookings are subject to availability.

A reservation is confirmed once the booking system successfully confirms the reservation.

Customers should provide accurate contact details so that Georgian Table can communicate with them regarding their reservation.

For parties larger than 5 guests, please contact Georgian Table directly.

Customers can use the secure Manage My Booking link supplied with their reservation to request changes to:

• date
• time
• number of guests
• customer details
• dietary requirements
• special requests

Changes to date, time or number of guests remain subject to availability.

A requested amendment is not complete until the system confirms that the change has been successfully saved.

Georgian Table currently does not require a booking deposit for standard online reservations.

Georgian Table currently does not charge a standard cancellation fee through this booking system.

Customers who cannot attend should cancel the reservation as soon as reasonably possible so the table can be made available to another customer.

Customers can cancel through their secure Manage My Booking page or contact the restaurant directly.

If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please contact Georgian Table as soon as possible on 0121 758 8986.

Customers may provide dietary requirements or special requests with their reservation.

Customers with allergies, intolerances or other important medical dietary requirements should provide relevant information and contact the restaurant directly where necessary.

Information supplied through the booking form helps the restaurant prepare but does not replace discussing a serious allergy or intolerance with restaurant staff.

We will record special requests submitted with a booking.

Special requests are requests only and are not guaranteed unless Georgian Table has specifically confirmed them.
